Payment

PayPal, bank transfer and payment by card is the only payment methods accepted by RoyalBrick. If no payment is received within 5 days of sending the order, the order may be canceled.

Transportation

After sending the package, the seller is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur to the product (s) during transport. Exchange or refund will be refunded only if the buyer purchased registered mail.
All products are delivered via postal service.
Orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours on weekdays, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). 

The cubes may contain signs of use (scratches, abrasions, a slight change in color shade), this is not a malfunction.

Condition and quality of the item

We try to sell only the best pieces and minifigures in our store. All items we consider to be in good condition unless otherwise listed above. The minifigures are delivered connected in separate zip bags. The cubes may show signs of use (scratches, abrasions, a slight change in color shade), they are not malfunctions.

Damaged items during transport 

If the product has been damaged during transport and the buyer chosed registered mail, all damaged pieces will be replaced or refunded. If ordinary mail is chosen, the seller is not liable for damage during transport.Last Updated: 10 Jan 2023
